Bounces: We can remove 80% of your soft and hard bounces, we first suppress it against our 85 million verified hard bounce suppression, and if they pass, then by checking MX-Records from a DNS Server. Our API (a mix of real-time and manual process….coming soon) simulates the SMTP communication and records the response from the recieving server. For example, a 550 error code describes when a user’s account does not exist or is otherwise permanently not available.  If, during the SMTP transaction, we receive a 550 error code number, the connection is closed gracefully and we will document the 550 error message in the database for our client.
